1. Operator and platform
The operator of CanHelp (canhelp.gr) is CanHelp, in Greece. CanHelp connects people who need help with people who can offer it; it is not the employer of specialists or a party to service agreements between users.
2. Account
One account can post tasks and offer help. You are responsible for the information you publish and for keeping your login safe.
3. Tasks and offers
Descriptions must be truthful. Accepting an offer creates an agreement between the two parties. CanHelp does not guarantee work quality until a platform payment flow is in place.
4. Content and prohibitions
Illegal services, fraud, discrimination and publishing third-party data without permission are forbidden. We may remove content and restrict accounts.
5. DSA contact point
CanHelp designates [email protected] as its contact point for illegal-content notices under the Digital Services Act. We reply through the same channel.
6. Professional licenses and regulated work
If you offer work that requires a professional license, permit or registration in Greece, you must hold it and you alone are responsible for licensing and legal compliance. CanHelp does not verify licenses and is not liable for unlicensed work. If you request work that requires a license, you should check the specialist’s license yourself; you alone are responsible for the consequences if you do not. CanHelp only introduces the parties; it is not a party to the engagement, does not take part in commercial or licensing deals between users, and does not guarantee licenses. The platform may show a warning; that warning is not a guarantee.
